I.    Lawson – Long – Motion to approve change in agenda to include PECCA update.

II.    Looney – Lawson:  Motion to approve Chuck Cagle and Keith Brewer to write amendatory language to Public Chapter 426 (Funding students educated in mental health facility).

 III.    McIntyre – Looney:  Motion to approve a small group of TOSS members to meet with Commissioner Huffman to express their concern about reorganization of the TN State Department of Education, especially of having an assistant commissioner with decreased expertise in special education.

 IV.      Wallace – Looney:  Motion to approve TOSS Legislative Agenda to include “Move On When Ready” law with amendatory language written by legal counsel, Chuck Cagle.
