- I. Hopper – Lewis: Motion to approve agenda.
Motion carried with no objections or corrections.
II. Long – Lewis: Mr. Long moved “that the TOSS Board adopt bullet points one and three submitted to the TOSS Board by the Governor’s office with the exception of number two with more clarification from the Governor’s office.
McIntyre – McDaniel: Dr. McIntyre moved to amend motion “that the TOSS Board approve to support the proposed changes to Senate Bill 2210 as communicated by Governor’s office recognizing that there is a need for additional clarification and information on the final bill.
